We are committed to helping maintain a supportive and rewarding workplace for staff. You are encouraged to share your thoughts and concerns by contacting any of our members or by submitting an item in our Suggestion Box.


Employee Assistance Program –  free, confidential help available 24/7/365 for all employees who may need assistance with almost anything – from relationship and family concerns to anxiety, depression, alcohol and drug abuse, stress, grief, and even financial or legal issues.

Workplace Advisor Program – receive confidential, neutral, and informal help from a group of trained Workplace Advisors who facilitate fair and equitable resolutions to employee concerns that arise in the workplace.

2-1-1 Maine – a program of the United Way of Mid-Coast Maine offering free and confidential statewide information and referral services for disabilities, elder care, employment and training, health advocacy, parenting and family mediation, child/adult protection, housing emergencies, heating fuel assistance, credit counseling, and more.
