Wil Smith
Wil is the Associate Dean of Multicultural Student Programs. As general advisor to historically underrepresented student groups, Wil has a wide range of duties. He creates campus wide programs to benefit minority students, but also personally advises students and their families.

Laura Kim Lee
Laura is an Assistant Dean of Student Affairs. In addition to serving her cohort of upper-class students, she also advises international students and coordinates the VISA/I-2O Process, Host Family Program, and the International Club (I Club).

Isa Abney '11
Isa is a student intern for Wil Smith. He works with him to create and plan new multicultural
events on campus. He also acts as a liason between Dean Smith and students. His duties even include some regulation of the multicultural house.
