Leana is the Associate Dean of Multicultural Student Programs. As general advisor to historically underrepresented  student groups, Leana has a wide range of duties. She creates campus wide programs to benefit minority students, but also personally advises students and their families.

Laura is an Assistant Dean of Student Affairs. In addition to serving her cohort of upper-class students, she also advises international students and coordinates the VISA/I-2O Process, Host Family Program, Asian Students' Association (ASA), Korean American Students' Association (KASA) and the International Club (I Club).

Isa is a student intern for Leana Amaez. He works  with her to create and plan new multicultural
events on campus. He also acts as a liason between Dean Amaez and students. His duties even include some regulation of the multicultural house.
