Bowdoin Craft Center

The Craft Center is a dynamic student resource that offers space and materials for creative exploration.

The Bowdoin Craft Center features a pottery studio, sewing room and multi-purpose area accessible to students 24/7 after member registration. A variety of supplies and tools are available to members and are restocked regularly.

Weekly student-led classes and drop-in pottery studio hours are free for members and are posted on CampusGroups and the Craft Center instagram @bowdoincraftcenter.

To become a member, fill out the Membership Agreement Form on the Craft Center CampusGroups. Print, and drop the form off at the Smith Union information desk. Membership fees are $10/semester and requires a brief craft center orientation before receiving OneCard access to the building. Financial assistance is available throughout the year.

Furthermore, the Craft Center is a student-only space and currently not open to other members of the community.
