The Class of 2025 Arrives, Unpacks, and Prepares for Adventures Ahead

By Rebecca Goldfine
Throughout the morning on Tuesday, students from the Class of 2025 pulled up—with families and friends—in front of the first-year bricks to start unloading.
Before many of them could even open their vehicle doors, they were met with a "swarm" of Residential Life staff and move-in day volunteers who grabbed their suitcases and pillows and ran them up to their dorm rooms. Tomorrow, the first-year class breaks up into small groups and heads out on their four-day orientation trips around Maine. When they return, they have a few days of programs and activities before classes begin Sept 1.
