Many Paths to Staying Well at Bowdoin

Bowdoin offers lots ways to be healthy and fit, and to stay grounded—from zumba, spinning, weight lifting, and yoga, to counseling, acupuncture, meditation, and tai chi. In these offerings, longtime practitioners pass on knowledge, skills, and habits that will be helpful to students long after they leave college.
