“Probably more than any other biennal,” writes Bob Keyes in The Portland Press Herald, “the 2018 Portland Museum of Art Biennial … reflects our times and the chaos of the world.”
Among the twenty-five artists being showcased is Visiting Assistant Professor of Art Erin Johnson, whose recent video documentary piece, Lawrence, which deals with issues of nuclear destruction and art, will be on display.
