Board of Trustees Grants Tenure to Two Faculty Members
The Bowdoin College Board of Trustees granted tenure to two faculty members during meetings held on campus February 9-11, 2017.
Trustees voted to promote Erik Nelson, assistant professor of economics, to associate professor, with tenure.
The board also approved the promotion of Carolyn Wolfenzon, assistant professor of Romance languages and literatures, to the rank of associate professor, with tenure. Both promotions are effective July 1, 2017.
