Geoffrey Canada '74, president and CEO of the Harlem Childrenís Zone, advises organizations and their managers not just to nurture new ideas, but to reinforce the ones that have already succeeded.
Canada also talks about the realization that "people liking you and your being a good manager sometimes have nothing to do with one another" and how "not a day that goes by that I donít draw on my undergraduate background in psychology."
