Museum of Art's Hopper Exhibition Closes in Wake of Record-Breaking Attendance, Rave Reviews

The Bowdoin College Museum of Art exhibition Edward Hopper's Maine opened July 15 with a flourish and was a beacon through the summer and early fall, attracting crowds and shattering the Museum's attendance records.
Nearly 44,000 visitors came to see the exhibition before it drew to a close Sunday, October 16.
