For the second year in a row, Bowdoin students have won the prize for Outstanding Undergraduate Research Project at the annual meeting of the Maine Psychological Association.
The poster, titled "Calling Home: The Relationship between Parental Attachment, Parental Contact, and Self-Esteem," was presented by Mary Ridley '12, Zoe Harran '11 and Hillary Morin '11 Friday, November 12, 2010.
Jia Sung '10 also contributed to the study, which was conducted as a project for their lab class in Associate Professor of Psychology Sam Putnam’s Research in Developmental Psychology course last spring.
