Focusing on urban politics in her graduate work at Georgetown University, Lindsay Pettingill '02 looked into the geographic equity of city service delivery in D.C., that is, how long it takes to get your problem solved.
Georgetown government professor Daniel Hopkins cited her work in The Washington Post, calling her approach "ingenious."
