Mascot Makeover Produces Unified Polar Bear Logo

The Bowdoin Polar Bear has presented many faces in its nearly century-long tenure as College mascot — at times simultaneously.

In an effort to unify the logo into a consistent and timeless graphic identity, the College collaborated with the Morrow Creative Group of to achieve variations of a classic, stylized black line drawing and an accompanying new typeface.
