Northfield Mount Hermon School Receives Abraxas Award from Bowdoin

Bowdoin College has given this year's Abraxas Award to Northfield Mount Hermon School in Northfield, Mass.
The Abraxas Award is given annually to the secondary school sending two or more graduates to Bowdoin, whose representatives maintain the highest standing during their first year at the College.
Two of Northfield Mount Hermon's graduates, Yoon-Seok ("Eddie") Kim of Istanbul, Turkey, and Rebecca Perry of Concord, Mass., earned a combined grade point average of 3.802 during the 2003-04 academic year at Bowdoin.
The Abraxas Award, established in 1915 by the Abraxas Society, is an engraved pewter plate, which will be presented to Northfield Mount Hermon School.
