Campus Parking Ban February 6-7
Story posted February 06, 2004
The National Weather Service has issued Winter Storm warning for Friday afternoon and Friday night 2/06/04. It is expected that snow will fall between the hours of 2:00 p.m. today and 2:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
In anticipation of this snow event, Facilities Management has requested a parking ban for Snow Removal from midnight Saturday until Saturday (2/07/04) morning at 6:00 a.m.
During this time frame, vehicles that are parked in the following lots may be towed, without further notification, and at the owner's expense:
North and South Campus Drives
Coles Tower Drive
Dayton Arena Lot
Dudley Coe Health Center lot
Russwurm Center Lot
It is necessary to have these lots clear of vehicles to facilitate snow removal operations.
Students should park in their assigned decal color-coded lot for this period.
Please remember- if you do have to drive, please take extra care during any adverse weather.
