Multicultural Life at Bowdoin

Multicultural life at Bowdoin College is defined by the efforts of our student organizations. The groups not only provide support and understanding for their members, but also bring new cultural and religious perspectives to the entire Bowdoin campus. The college supports these organizations by providing resources, facilities, and administrative advising.

Recent Progress

Bowdoin College recently made two major additions to its support of multicultural student organizations. Over the summer of 2007, the college created a new position: Associate Dean of Multicultural Student Programs. At the same time, the college also renovated student housing on 30 College Street. The building is now the multicultural house.
