The Alumni Fund impacts the Bowdoin experience every day. Comprised of annual gifts from alumni designated for current use, the Alumni Fund augments and supports the lives of every student on campus. During fiscal year 2012 alone, an impressive 58% of alumni raised nearly $8.1 million – a remarkable investment in today’s exceptional students and faculty.
The Alumni Fund bolsters all areas of Bowdoin’s annual operating budget. One clear example of your gift at work? Gifts to the Alumni Fund comprise $2,127 of the average $35,450 grant received by nearly half of Bowdoin students. Your gift to the Alumni Fund ensures that a Bowdoin education remains accessible to the most talented students in the world.
