Mission AccomplishedThe Bowdoin Campaign, a five-year effort to raise $250 million to preserve and enhance the unique strengths of the College, has come to a successful conclusion and surpassed expectations.
The campaign, which launched July 1, 2004, officially closed June 30, 2009. Pledges are still being processed, but the College has hit its $250 million goal and will likely surpass it by a substantial amount. A final tally will be released once the accounting is complete in the coming weeks.
