Karen Mills Talks Health Care Costs on CNBC

Karen Mills, administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration and wife of President Barry Mills, shared her insight on the CNBC program Squawk Box Friday, June 19, 2009.
A day earlier PricewaterhouseCoopers released a report that finds healthcare costs for employers will rise nine percent in 2010, which is bad news for small businesses already feeling the pain of the recession.
