Self-Care

Taking the B.E.A.R.S. Survey may be difficult for some students and in ways not expected. Self-care is crucial to our health, especially after confronting particularly tough topics. Guy Winch in his Ted Talk about self-care explains that we usually focus on our physical well-being while ignoring our psychological well-being.
