Cindy Stocks is the Director of Student Fellowships and Research. Meet with Cindy for help determining which nationally competitive fellowships best fit with your past experiences and future plans. She can provide guidance throughout the application process by helping you to refine your project's concept, providing feedback on drafts, and connecting you with Bowdoin faculty. Cindy, who is available to meet with you year-round, also oversees the administration of Bowdoin's undergraduate research program.

In addition to her role as Assistant Director of Off-Campus Study, Kate assists the Student Fellowships and Research office. Her responsibilities include advising students interested in applying for national fellowships such as Fulbright, the Goldwater Scholarship, the St. Andrew’s Society Scholarship, and the Beinecke Scholarship. Corey is the Administrative Coordinator for Student Fellowships and Research. Contact Corey if you have questions about fellowship deadlines, application procedures, or if you’d like to look at proposals from previous national fellowship recipients. He will be in contact with you during the application process regarding outstanding materials and preparation for interviews. Corey also coordinates Bowdoin’s mini-grant program as well as the speech submission process for Baccalaureate/Commencement.
