Student Ambassadors

Every year, Bowdoin welcomes back nearly 2000 alumni and guests for Reunion Weekend.  This is a four-day celebration of Polar Bear traditions and connections throughout the generations.  Attendees enjoy reconnecting with one another, revisiting favorite places and people on campus and reliving their Bowdoin days. Reunion Student Ambassadors play a key role in the facilitation and success of the weekend. The Office of Alumni Relations hires over 75 students to work Reunion Weekend and we hope you'll consider joining our team!

Please apply online through the Student Employment website (job 2452 found under "Temporary Jobs" on the JobX Student Job Board) or contact the Office of Alumni Relations (alumni@bowdoin.edu) with questions. All new applicants require an interview which will be held on campus from mid-February until Spring Break.  Reunion Student Ambassadors are required to be available and on campus from Wednesday, May 29 through Sunday, June 2. This includes one day of training (May 29, 2019) and the four-day Reunion Weekend (May 30 – June 2, 2019). Meals, t-shirts and on-campus housing are provided. Housing should be arranged through the Office of Residential Life interim housing process.
