Stephen D. Morris
Assistant Professor of Economics
My primary research areas are Macroeconomics, Monetary Economics, and Econometrics. I have also published work in International, Housing, and Environmental Economics. I was at Lehman during the 2008 crisis and the Fed during the 2020 pandemic. I received a PhD from UC San Diego in 2014. Currently, I am working on a project using satellites to measure global economic activity with the World Bank.
