Stop Asian and Pacific Islander Violence Vigil , April 5, 2021
The Office of Inclusion and Diversity invites the Bowdoin community to join the "Stop Asian and Pacific Islander Violence" vigil on Monday, April 5, 2021 from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. on the steps of the Walker Art Building. Students, staff, and faculty have collaborated to organize a vigil to bring our community together in the spirit of grieving, honoring, and educating.
Community members in the testing protocol may attend in person. If you are not in the testing protocol or are otherwise unable to come to campus, you can participate by viewing the livestream provided on the Bowdoin website.
Please refer to President Rose’s email from March 24, 2021 on Confronting Anti-Asian Racism and Violence for resources for self-guided study, and for members of our Asian community to share their stories and experiences.
Thank you very much.
