Bowdoin's ninth annual Give & Go sale was the most successful to date.
The massive yard sale, held June 12, 2010, at Fort Andross took in $47,800.
Proceeds from the sale are distributed among the more than 30 non-profit organizations whose volunteers helped collect, sort, clean and organize the items for sale.

Give & Go is another example of Bowdoin's commitment to sustainability.
The sale promotes the reuse of viable items and spares them from the landfill — all while helping non-profit organizations in the community.
