Global Law Firm Names 12 New Partners — Two are Bowdoin Classmates

Ropes & Gray, the global law firm with eleven offices and more than 1,200 attorneys across the U.S.,  Europe, and Asia, has named twelve new partners. Two of them — Alison E. Rundlett (George) and Patrick Welsh — are members of the Class of 2003.

Rundlett, who was also just elected a member of the Bowdoin College Board of Trustees,has a range of experience in transactional real estate matters, including  joint ventures, investments, and finance.

Welsh focuses on white-collar criminal defense and government investigations. He has represented companies under investigation by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, Congress, and other federal and state authorities.

Both work of out the firm’s Boston office.
