A completed Room Inspection Condition Contract (RICC) Form is required of every student residing in College assigned housing.

Every student living in College assigned housing is required to complete an electronic Room Inspection Condition Contract (RICC) upon arrival AND departure. The form should be completed within forty-eight (48) hours of occupying AND/OR vacating College assigned residence. 

Failure to complete an arrival and/or departure RICC may result in a $100.00 non-completion fee charged to the student's account. Additionally, failure to accurately complete the RICC will forfeit any opportunity for recourse or reversal of any RICC related charges.
