"Fit for More than a Bit"
Nine week health and wellness program to support and motivate you! From early morning yoga to strength and conditioning in the basement of Buck Fitness Center. Whether you are new to exercise or wanting to enhance your atletic performance, your fitness instructors will give in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goal.

Are you new to using the Buck Center?
Neil Willey, head coach of strength and conditioning, will be available on the first Tuesday of each month to provide an overview of, and an orientation to, the training equipment available at Peter Buck Center for Health and Fitness. Please contact Coach Willey in advance of attending a session in order to ensure an efficient orientation and discussion experience.
