Cops bust suspect accused of attacking officer in Bronx subway

Police have cuffed one of two suspects accused of attacking an officer after getting caught jumping a turnstile in the Bronx, officials said. Raquelle Evans, 20, faces charges of resisting arrest, theft of services, criminal trespass and several other counts in the March 7 attack at the Parkchester subway station on the No. 6 line.

The surcharge will be added to all yellow and green taxi fares starting next Jan. 1, according to the proposed rules changes from the city’s Taxi & Limousine Commission.
