It had fallen into the trash during post-op cleaning and the garbage had already been emptied into the office's Dumpster — which was headed to the dump.

Ex-Florida A&M band member gets year in jail for hazing

Jessie Baskin, 22, is the first of several students to be sentenced for the crime of college hazing and causing the 2011 death of Robert Champion after a football game.
