Celebrate Pride Month with a selection of voices and stories that highlight the beauty and resilience of the LGBTIQA community. In this illuminating conversation, alumni, faculty, and student panelists will explore a variety of topics, including intersectionality, how the pandemic has affected the queer community in unique ways, the Bowdoin experience, and their work championing Pride and inclusivity.


This webinar will highlight the perspectives and experiences of Linda Nelson ’83, Robin Smith ’05, Elijah Garrard ’12, Rubin Jones ’22, and Dr. Angel Matos, assistant professor of gender, sexuality, and women’s studies. Moderated by Kate Stern, associate dean of student affairs for inclusion and diversity, and director of the Sexuality, Women and Gender Center.
