(Lambe, 1904)Pointed Lizard Centrosaurus apertus
Centrosaurus apertus is a ceratopsian, an enormously successful group of dinosaurs that have diversified into many forms throughout Asia and North America. Its long nasal horn is used for defense against predators and in ritual sparring between members of its own species.
