The images in this series aim to highlight text’s ability to entice and instruct. When text is used to entice viewers it is employed for its color and form more so than the actual meaning behind the words themselves. Conversely, when text is used to instruct, it is often highly regulated following conventional, austere presentation and relies solely on the associated actions represented by the text. Because we are barraged with text so frequently, regardless of its power to entice or instruct, its ability to transmit information has become increasingly more subconscious.
