Visual Arts 281 with Professor Meggan Gould
For the first project of Fall 2007, students in Digital Color Photography, spent a week walking around Brunswick, pointing their cameras exclusively down at the ground. The aim was to begin to blanket Brunswick in a layer of geotagged photographs, taken from eye-level, in dialogue with increasingly pervasive satellite imagery that allows us to visualize the landscape in ways that the human eye cannot.
