New Local Food Vendor

Story posted April 14, 2010

Heiwa Tofu in Lincolnville, Maine is a local artisanal tofu company owned by Jeffrey Wolovitz and Maho Hiskawa. Bowdoin Dining Service buys fresh tofu each week for service in both dining halls. One of our most popular menu items is Honolulu Tofu, a delicious sweet and sour fried tofu that our students just adore. We're pleased to be able to support another small, family-owned business in coastal Maine.     www.heiwatofu.com
