The Faculty Advisory Committee represents Bowdoin’s commitment to academic excellence and our continued efforts to increase diversity on the Bowdoin College campus. Committee members meet on a regular basis to discuss issues that shape the direction of the Fellowship. They routinely evaluate and assess the success and limitations of our mentoring program, discuss ways to refine and integrate best practices as modeled by peer institutions, and provide both academic guidance and insight into life as an academic.
