Michael C. Barry 19, of Brunswick has been issued a criminal trespass warning prohibiting him from all Bowdoin property.
An alert female student driving her vehicle near the campus reported being followed by a red Cadillac. The student called Security and she was directed to pull into the front parking lot at the Security Office where an officer would be waiting. A second officer followed the Cadillac and approached the driver who then sped away.
Brunswick Police were alerted and spotted the vehicle. Barry was arrested after a high speed chase involving Brunswick and Freeport Police, and charged with Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol and Eluding a Police Officer.
