Benjamin J. Marlowe, 35, of Lisbon Falls was issued a criminal trespass order after he was reported to be following a female student on North Campus Drive and in Smith Union on September 25, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. Suspicious activity was confirmed by a security camera.
Marlowe also attempted to avoid a security officer before leaving the campus in a dark green Ford Explorer pickup with Maine registration 4858 NZ.
The criminal trespass order prohibits Marlowe from entering any College-owned property for a period of one year.
