Erik Tillotson

head shot of Erik Tillotson

Erik Tillotson, formerly of Union Street in Brunswick, was issued a criminal trespass warning by the University of Southern Maine police on March 7, 2008.  Tillotson entered a room in the campus library where a meeting was taking place carrying a guitar and asked "Is this the group I am supposed to entertain?"

Tillotson's continuing strange behavior was brought to the attention of campus police who issued a trespass warning banning him from the USM campus.  Portland Police had further problems with Tillotson later that night and he was spoken to for acting in a verbally aggressive manner with women.

Tillotson has a history of incidents with Bowdoin.  In November 2004 he was arrested for using "unknown debilitating substances" on female students, resulting in a conviction for Invasion of Privacy.  Tillotson has not been seen in the Brunswick area for the past year.  A criminal trespass warning that was issued by the Brunswick Police expired in November 2006, but he is not allowed on campus under any circumstances.

If you see Tillotson on or near any Bowdoin property, do not approach him.  Contact Security immediately at 725-3500 or by using a campus blue light emergency phone.
