The columns on the spreadsheets are as follows:
(1) The course number.
(2) The course title.
(3) The instructor.
(4) The enrollment.
(5) The enrollment limit for this course.
(6) Enrollment over the limit.
(7) The number of upper-class students who put this course on the top line of the registration card; this was a top-choice course.
(8) The number of upper-class students who put this course on the second line of the registration card; this was a second-choice course.
(9) The number of upper-class students who put this course on the third line of the registration card; this was a third-choice course.
(10) The number of students confirmed in this course at the end of Phase I registration.
(11) The number of students that the "computer" attempted to put into the course but were rejected for some reason—prerequisite missing, time conflict, class filled, etc.
(12) The number of students that the "computer" attempted to put into the course but were rejected due to the class or accompanying lab being full.
Please note that cross-listed courses appear on this spreadsheet multiple times—once in each department in which they are listed.
