Intermediate Winter Mountaineering
Friday-Sunday
BOC leaders who have completed beginning winter mountaineering take their skills to the mountain for the weekend. They will practice and expand upon their previous skills with ice axes, crampons and belay techniques. Students will also learn more advanced anchor skills, rope management and identify potential avalanche hazards. Interested student leaders should come by the SOLC today.
