Our whitewater kayak trips provide introductory courses to these fun and exciting sports. No experience is necessary, but students will need an adventurous attitude! Days will be spent on the water, starting on the calm waters of a pond and ending on class II-III whitewater on the Upper Androscoggin or Penobscot Rivers. Trippers will work on paddling techniques, safety and river-running strategies. Students need to be good swimmers and comfortable in the water.
