Maine has an abundance of beautiful country roads ripe for cycling! Trips leave directly from the campus and participants will explore the rolling hills and ride along sparkling waters during the day and enjoy relaxing under the stars next to a campfire at night. Students have a choice between van-supported and self-supported bike trips.
Van-supported bike trips will explore the Maine coastline, its winding roads and cozy beaches. A support van will accompany the group to transfer gear, food and personal belongings between campsites. Participants are asked to provide their own functioning bike and helmet, however bike rentals are available through the Outing Club for an additional fee. Participants can expect to bike an average of 20 miles/day.

The BOC will provide panniers to trip participants. Participants can expect to bike an average of 50 miles/day.
