What’s your favorite type of trip to lead and why?

I like leading hiking trips because I love being in the woods and it’s so rewarding to reach the summit of a mountain, especially when you’re with a group of people and can eat lunch together while enjoying the view.

What is your favorite BOC memory?

On my pre-O, we missed our exit off of I-95 and ended up at the Canadian border by mistake. It took a bit of explaining to convince the customs officers to let us back into the country.

If you were stranded on an island in Maine, what island would it be and what BOC snack would you have?

I would be on any island where I could hang out on big rocks next to the water and then go swimming. I would have chocolate covered pretzels and peanut butter.

What other activities do you enjoy on campus?

I play flute with the orchestra and the Middle Eastern Ensemble, I’m in the yoga club, and I’m a Q-skills tutor.

What do you make sure to bring on every outing club trip?

My crocs to wear in the van on the way home.
