World-class rock, ice, and mountain climber Mark Richey will be visiting campus this Thursday, February 11. Richey, who has completed over 40 expeditions to the world's largest mountain ranges, will be stationed at the climbing wall in the Buck Fitness Center from 4-5 for those who wish to pick up some pointers, and then will give a presentation about his dynamic lifestyle at the SOLC at 7:30.

This will be a truly exciting and intriguing event for climbing enthusiasts, as well as anybody with an appreciation for outdoor adventure: Richey will share stories and pictures focused on his various mountaineering exploits, as well the unique wind-powered woodworking business he operates in between his climbing ventures. Don't miss this opportunity to spend time with Mark Richey at the SOLC this Thursday; after all, how often do you get to meet someone who has scaled Mount Everest?
