Once produce leaves the field, it is washed and delivered to campus, where it is split primarily between the two dining halls, Thorne and Moulton Union, and Jack Magee’s Grill in Smith Union. Produce is regularly donated to the Mid-Coast Hunger Prevention Program on Union Street in Brunswick. The Bowdoin Food Co-op makes use of some produce at their weekly communal dinners during the semester. Once or twice per season we set up an on-campus farmer's market to sell produce to the campus community. These farmer's markets are advertised in the dining halls and in the campus digest.
