ONLINE OPEN ENROLLMENT available Nov 4-20

Now is the time to enroll in the benefits you want and need for 2010. Please review important information about all College benefits on the Open Enrollment Web page. To refresh your memory, we also have provided a Quick Reference Guide—step-by-step instructions for enrolling in benefits using HRforYOU.

A few reminders:

During Open Enrollment, you must log into HRforYOU with the Internet Explorer (IE) browser.

To review the benefits you selected for 2010:

  • under the Personal Information section of the HRforYOU home page, click on Employee Reports.
  • Click on Benefit Statement—Pending.
  • Enter the starting date of 1/1/2010 and ending date of 12/31/2010.
  • Click the RUN button.
  • You will not receive a paper confirmation statement at home this year. Please check this report—it serves as your confirmation statement.
