NEW! Athletic Facility Pass Information for Your Dependents
If your spouse/domestic partner and/or your dependents use any of Bowdoin's Athletic Facilities, their current Athletic pass (paper card) will automatically expire on May 31, 2009, and will need to be replaced by a new picture ID card.
Starting on Wednesday, May 27, 2009, in order to renew Athletic Facility access for your eligible family members, simply follow these steps:
- Review the updated Bowdoin College Athletic Facilities Handbook. The PDF is available here.
- Employees and their family members must be prepared to show a valid Bowdoin College ID or Athletic Facility User ID for admittance to all athletic facilities.
- Each family member must appear in person at the Athletic office, 2nd floor at Farley Field House, to have his/her picture taken. Dependent minors should be accompanied by their related employee/parent, etc., who will be asked to present a valid Bowdoin ID.
- To renew your pass, we will request that you complete an Athletic Facility Pass application and sign the Athletic Facility User Indemnity Release form for each family member (dependents up to age 25). The forms can be downloaded here, or picked up in the Athletics Office.
- Present the completed forms to Debbie Miller in the Athletics Office, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. We will have evening hours to be announced at a later date.
- The Athletic Facility User picture ID card will be available for pick up in the Athletics Office within 2 to 3 business days. Cards may be used immediately in accordance with the guidelines in the Bowdoin College Athletic Facilities Handbook.
- Old athletic passes (paper passes) will not be accepted at any facility after June 15, 2009.
- If an Athletic Facility User picture ID card is lost or damaged, it may be replaced at a cost of $5.00 by visiting to the OneCard Office, 1st floor Coles Tower, 798-4241. One Card office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
