Galax QuartetThe concert will feature contralto Karen Clark and the Galax Quartet — David Wilson, violin; Elizabeth Blumenstock, violin; Roy Whelden, viola da gamba; David Morris, 'cello — performing songs and song cycles of English and American origin from the 17th century composers John Dowland and John Wilson to living composers commissioned by the ensemble to create new works using the texts of poet Gary Snyder.  The latter are featured on the recent recording "On Cold Mountain: Songs on Poems of Gary Snyder" (Innova 795)

Parking on city streets is available on Park Row and Old Bath Road.  After 5:00 PM and on weekends, visitors may park in the Blue-Designated Faculty/Staff parking lots.  Studzinski Recital Hall is handicapped accessible with a ramp to the lobby door (West side), near the circle on South Campus Drive.
