Annual Reports

At the end of each calendar year, the director of the Bowdoin Scientific Station writes an Annual Report. The purpose of the reports is to preserve a history of Kent Island: scientific discoveries, natural history of the island, student and faculty researchers, visitors, and news of alumni. In addition, they are meant to give a sense of life on the island each summer: what people ate, what games they played, and how they generated their own sense of community.
