The Information Technology Division provides training services, specifically aimed at assisting faculty, staff, and students with technological change and making them more effective in their work. IT provides training on software and technologies that:

• Enhance teaching and research (e.g., Blackboard, digital video)
• Introduce emerging technologies (e.g., web mapping, social software)
• Involve a major change for employees across campus due to new software or hardware (e.g., Exchange email/calendar)
• Can be customized to address the functions of specific groups

Please note that basic computing skill training, such as using a mouse, cannot be accommodated given our staff resources. We are happy to recommend off-campus courses for those who are interested in further developing such computing skills.
